New York--Jewelers Mutual Insurance Co. in conjunction with the Natural Color Diamond Association, is hosting a "Color Your World" event on Aug. 26 to create excitement about natural-color diamonds for retailers and consumers.

The event will be held at Jewelers Mutual's home office in Neenah, Wis.

Well-known industry speaker Diane Warga-Arias will present information about natural-color diamonds, and unique natural-color diamond jewelry will be on display. In addition, four high-end retailers from the area will feature natural-color diamond jewelry and will be present to interact and educate consumers on the value and beauty of the stones. A private tour of the R. Harder Gallery of Gems and Minerals will also add to the excitement of the event.

"People are looking for good value and natural-color diamonds are the perfect product," NCDIA Executive Director Robert May said in a media release. "Consumers are always looking to express their individuality and personality, and with a broad range of colors available--at all price points--there continues to be a strong interest in the category."

Founded in 2003, the Natural Color Diamond Association is an international trade organization dedicated to increasing awareness of color as a unique and valuable attribute in diamonds. The NCDIA is composed of more than 200 members consisting of suppliers, manufacturers, designers, international brands, retailers, appraisers and affiliate members.

Founded in 1913 by jewelers, Jewelers Mutual Insurance Co. is the only company specializing exclusively in jewelry insurance in the United States and Canada.
