Italian jeweler Roberto Coin has designed a completely new diamond cut named the Cento cut after the fact that it has exactly one hundred facets.

The individual cutting of a diamond in the Cento cut takes between twelve and fifteen hours depending on the size of the diamond.

A Cento cut diamond sparkles much more than an ordinary diamond which rarely has more than sixty facets.
