The Manhattan Exhibition: The Macy’s Parade

Jewelry.com & Macy's Celebrate A Bejeweled Manhattan.

In 1837, a fifteen-year-old apprentice on a whaling ship had a red star tattooed on his hand - he was Rowland Macy and his tattoo was to become the symbol of not only a store - but an American institution.

This iconic Macy's Star pendant by Evert DeGraeve is one of twelve iconic jewels that form Jewelry.com's Manhattan Collection.

The pendant features 18k white gold set with 465 rubies and diamonds weighing 11.14cts. This includes 395 diamonds totaling 7.01cts and 75 rubies totaling 4.13cts.
